Red Ribbon-Drug Education-"Bee" Drug Free

During the weeks of Oct. 18-30 my topic with the students will be making good choices.  This year's theme is "Bee Proud of Yourself-Bee Drug Free." I encourage students to take care of their body.  There are so few limits on students at this age.  They are healthy and do not have dangerously bad habits.  I know that you want them to stay that way.  The drug most children try first is tobacco.  For every year that you can help them not begin the healthier and wealthier they will be for life.  Encourage them to discover things that they can do to "bee"  good to themselves.  They need role models and support to eating healthy foods, exercise, learn something new every day and get sufficient rest.  Check their folders for their Bee Drug-Free booklet or book mark.
The following are our special events for Drug Free Week, Oct. 25-29.
